Return policy
There are limited returns on our connectors. If you wish to return a connector you must notify the Parts Department at parts@connectoroutlet.com within 72 hours from the original ship date.
Our Standards:
If the part is Correct
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return the product on your own dime. Any parts that have been altered or have missing packaging will not be accepted. Once we receive the item, a 25% restocking fee will be applied and a refund will be processed within 7 days back to the credit card that was provided. No refunds will be given for connectors that are shipped and cancelled due to alternative findings or vehicle totals.
If the part is Wrong
Once the item is received by Connector Outlet, a full refund, including shipping will be applied within 7 days back to your credit card. However, you will be responsible to ship the item back. Once the item is returned, we will refund the part/shipping charges.
**Specialty order items cannot be canceled or returned. We will make sure to let you know before we finalize the order**
Warranty Policy
We provide a lifetime warranty on all connectors when properly installed and maintained.
This lifetime warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, incorrect wires/terminals, vandalism, accidents, and other factors. Please contact service@connectoroutlet.com for any further questions.
